All growers that sell their agricultural products must obtain a permit through our office prior to spraying their crops with any kind of pesticide.

All pest control businesses, advisors, pilots, and farm labor contractors that work in Santa Clara County must register with our office prior to performing work.

Growers must obtain a Certified Producer’s Certificate to sell at a Certified Farmers’ Market.

If you find an unusual insect or spider, and you are unable to identify it using the Internet or other resources, you can bring it to our office for identification.

Santa Clara County Report includes the gross value and production of agricultural commodities grown within the county.

The Growing Times newsletter is sent out to all the growers that are issued permits through our office.

The Pesticide Review is sent to pesticide dealerships and registered pest control companies in Santa Clara County.
